We have been very busy making an Under the Sea Play Area.

We talked about things we needed for our role play area.

Our first job was to make the sea. It was lots of fun using a roller.

We used tissue paper for the sand and painted green seaweed on the walls.

Next, we made fish using collage materials and crayons. We decided to hang some from the ceiling.

''Look at me, I'm surfing!"

We played beach ball on the sand and had fun looking at books.

We looked in the rockpool and found lots of sea creatures.

We sorted and counted fish into the trays.

We used our magnetic fishing rods to catch the fish and make words.
