Forest School

Blue Class discover their creative side at Forest School this term. Before half term they created 3-dimensional tree faces out of mud and twigs etc found in the forest, and built a new shelter.

This week they designed bird feeders – and we will be considering which designs work the best and which type of food is more popular for the forest inhabitants.

Natural Art

This term Blue Class have been creating Natural Artat Forest School, inspired by the artist Andrew Goldsworthy.

We had to create a piece of art with a central feature,and concentric circles in layers coming from the middle.

We had to work as a team and think about different textures, colours, dimensions as well as effect.
