This term our big question is "How did Britain change from the Stone Age to the Iron Age?"

We started the topic off with a trip to Flag Fen. There we got to handle real artefacts and light a fire in a real round house! We also made our own wattle and daub using horse poo and painted some rocks with paints made from natural ingredients like berries. 

As part of our art this term we looked at sculpture and how they use armetures. We designed our own sculpture based on our favourite book and film characters. Our armetures were made of newspaper and tape and then we covered them in modroc which was very messy but great fun!
