DA create amazing castles
This week, David Attenborough Class have been busy bringing history to life with their fantastic castle homework projects! Each child created a castle at home using cereal boxes and other recycled materials – and they are absolutely amazing! From drawbridges to turrets, moats to battlements, the children have included all the features we’ve been learning about in class.
What’s even more special is that these were real family projects- everyone has got stuck in. The effort and creativity that went into each castle is truly impressive – well done, everyone!
But the fun doesn’t stop there! Next, we’ll be spending an afternoon designing and building catapults to invade each other’s castles (don’t worry – no castles will be harmed!). We can’t wait to put our creations to the test in a playful battle of medieval engineering!
