KS2 athletics
Tue 25 Jun 2024Last week, all of our KS2 Children took part in the RLT Athletics event held in Corby.
The children took part in a range of different events from running, throwing, long jump and more.
Overall, Polebrook did AMAZINGLY WELL!
We won a range of gold, silver and bronze medals across all events and all the children were incredibly supportive not just of our pupils but pupils from other schools too – well done to all!

NMPAT The Festival
Mon 24 Jun 2024Our Year 5/6 Class took part in the NMPAT Festival on Tuesday and performed an emotional dance dedicated to their mums at the Royal Derngate Theatre in Northampton.
It was a wonderful evening where schools all across the county came together to celebrate the arts through a wide range of performances. Polebrook really stood out on stage and were fantastic Polebrook ambassadors.
Well done to all, we are so proud!

Opening of the new garden area
Tue 18 Jun 2024On Saturday 8th June, FOPS friends of polebrook school, held their annual Summer Day and the new garden area was officially opened.
The new area is truly amazing and such a wonderful space for our children.
Thank you so much to everyone involved in the project in creating such a special place.

May Day celebrations in June at Polebrook School!
Fri 07 Jun 2024Before half term the weather was not on our side and our May Day celebrations had to be postponed.
However I am sure you will all agree it was worth the wait!
The children were amazing doing all their dances and even the sun made a welcome and unexpected appearance!

Year 4- Single Plait
Year 5- Spider's Web
Year 6- The Twister
A huge thank you to our fabulous team of parents for the super flower arrangements, the great sound system, the mountains of cakes baked by our families, sold by FOPS Friends of Polebrook school and enjoyed by everyone!
