  • Year 6 Pupils Perform at Symphony Hall

    Tue 18 Jul 2017

Year six pupils in the dressing room ahead of their recent appearance at Symphony Hall, Birmingham on July 4th.

The music mentor, well-known music educator and composer Sarah Watts, commented that the original piece they performed, "Some Wild Tales", was very musical, well-structured and 'much enjoyed'. She described their performance as 'delightful' and noted that the children sang and played with 'some real energy'.

Polebrook was the only primary school from Northamptonshire to play in the Infant and Juniors category at the prestigious National Festival of Music for Youth . Our pupils were, as always,  a credit to the school not just in their performance but also in their behaviour and confident, positive attitude.
