Keeping Healthy - Making a Fruit Salad
We have been finding out about how to keep healthy.
We looked at lots of books about healthy eating, exercise, sleep and keeping clean.
We looked at food which was good for us and then sorted pictures into fruit and vegetables.
We decided to make a fabulous fruit salad.
First we washed our hands and put on aprons.
We chopped and sliced our fruit into small pieces.
We were very careful with the knives.
It was fun naming the fruit.
"It's not hot enough to grow some fruit here."
We put our fruit into a bowl and added 2 spoonfuls of orange juice.
Our sensational fruit salads were healthy and good for us.
They tasted very yummy!
